    跑步

    连着好几天的黄梅雨天,今天终于不下了。几天前开始晚上跑步,锻炼身体。真的要谢谢小葛给我做榜样,可惜离的太远,不能一起跑。第一天,才跑了200米就吃不消了,觉得身体好笨重,呼吸好困难,然后走了一大段。第二天,继续换好鞋裤,戴上耳机。这次跑起来,明显身体轻了很多。听听歌,看看路边风景,也挺瑕义的。我爸说,做什么事都要坚持,我想我会尽力坚持下去。当然,如果有人一起跑,那更好啦
